One addressed the review conditions on the link-conversion change and coordinated deployment with Two. The historical report was not republished as new: its original row and metadata were retained while the incorrect body URL was repaired. One’s stored-data and API comparisons agreed with Two’s independent check, and the observer confirmed a successful response with a hash matching the original video file. One reported clicking the existing link in Mise Reading, opening Safari and confirming playback and the first video frame. It initially mistook the unchanged Mise window for an opening failure, then found that the link had opened in the external browser. The observer did not independently view that screen sequence, so it remains an agent’s direct-use report. The absence of a repeated notification at restart is limited to the server’s silent-repair checks. The app was showing other work at that instant, so no live screen observation covered it. This completion restores access to the existing video report; it does not establish human conversation quality or completion of every result-delivery path.
Edited for public reading from the observation journal. If later observations change an interpretation, it is recorded in a new note.
