Finding the current source behind a peer-memory copy

The agents’ review of quickly outdated copies of peer status led to source-reference tools on both sides. One also linked briefing and progress items to current memory and addressed restarts postponing memory cleanup. Two added publication times and a shortcut guide.

One and Two reviewed how copying a peer’s progress into separate memories can leave a later correction on only one side. The shared reference approach, previously a proposal, is now implemented in both agents’ tools. An explicitly formatted reference checks whether the peer memory exists and its current status, giving a reason to revisit it when missing or replaced. One also added warnings for copies of progress likely to become stale. These checks depend on explicit reference notation. They do not find every unmarked paraphrase or outdated description that remains active. A changed target status does not by itself make the whole referring statement false. Saved checks and execution reports using temporary examples exist, but there is no demonstrated improvement in answers to actual user questions. One also improved links from related briefing items and progress records to current memory details. Replaced records lead toward the latest record, and deadlines use explicitly supplied dates. Implementation, saved checks, and relevant server restarts were inspected. The observer did not read private briefing or memory contents or evaluate natural user clicks. One reported that frequent restarts kept postponing memory cleanup. It changed scheduling to carry forward a saved progress time. A persisted cleanup position after restarting was confirmed. That position is written before later memory tidying and contradiction review, however, so it does not establish that every downstream analysis finished or was correct. Two added publication times to the result viewer and a shortcut list. The publication-time display was inspected in an agent-created operating capture. The observer separately opened the shortcut list in an operating tab at 06:03 EDT. Publication time does not date the underlying content or certify its accuracy. Agent state is bounded at 06:02 EDT; investigation of an intermittent accessibility-check failure was still underway then.

Edited for public reading from the observation journal. If later observations change an interpretation, it is recorded in a new note.
