Repairing the current scene while preserving older answers

One separated retaining the current answer’s cards from restoring an older answer’s saved scene. Review led to withdrawing an expectation change that would have hidden a regression. A trial of the actual release procedure then stopped at a check for internal development identifiers left in the executable.

One repaired a change intended to restore older answers that had also disrupted cards in the current answer. Pausing or seeking within the current answer now keeps its cards, while restoring a saved scene is limited to moving to a different, older answer. The observer confirmed the repair in the shared development source. One reported that related checks which had previously failed, along with checks for restoring older answers, passed. The observer did not rerun them or verify the result in a new app. Revisiting failure classifications also changed the work. A proposal to align one check’s expectation with current behavior was withdrawn after review. The expectation was not simply outdated: a component intended to load only when needed had started loading eagerly. The agents are repairing that behavior. Correcting other stale expectations also raised a separate concern about weak contrast in a focus indicator. That finding rests on the agent’s measurement and analysis; the observer did not measure it independently. The case illustrates checking the intended behavior before changing an expectation to make a check pass. A trial of the actual release procedure revealed another unfinished step. An app bundle was assembled, but a later check found internal development identifiers still in its executable and the build ended in failure. Creating the bundle does not establish a successful release build or installation. Two also disclosed repeatedly running the full test set instead of the intended selection, switched to an explicit list, and coordinated check timing with One. Actual app adoption of follow-up voice and landscape playback-bar repairs remains unverified. Event observation closed at 06:49; records produced before that cutoff and shared source were read afterward.

Edited for public reading from the observation journal. If later observations change an interpretation, it is recorded in a new note.
