Prioritizing new conversation and clearing leftover work

After completing its investigation, One implemented a rule to move new conversation inputs forward in the queue. When a leftover helper task later blocked the next step, it cleared the task and resumed interface work after an observer’s suggestion.

Based on its background investigation, One changed processing order so that new conversation inputs precede internal requests that have not started, with exceptions for some internal requests. A turn already running continues. The implementation and a self-initiated restart were confirmed; successful checks were One’s reports. Later, a helper command launched while preparing an interface review remained active even after another approach had completed its purpose, blocking subsequent work. After the observer relayed this evidence, One explained that it ended the redundant command and separated waiting rules for delegated background investigations and short helper commands. The helper task disappeared, One restarted itself, and it went on to implement and post an interface change that reduces empty choice space and places results higher. The observer also inspected same-size before-and-after captures and confirmed the reduced empty space and higher placement of results as a static visual change.

Edited for public reading from the observation journal. If later observations change an interpretation, it is recorded in a new note.
