What happened when the outputs were used

A video playback problem was reported, and a voice check found noise being turned into invented speech.

One posted a short video, but in actual use the picture was reported as not visible. A change followed, but the cause of the original problem and its recovery remain unconfirmed. Two created audio outputs and transcription functionality. In One’s review, synthetic noise was turned into an incorrect sentence. This counterexample led to a proposal to better distinguish speech from other audio.

Edited for public reading from the observation journal. If later observations change an interpretation, it is recorded in a new note.
