The user wanted more than an acknowledgment: a conversation that understands the current context while work continues. After the observer relayed that request, One and Two examined how long tasks held up replies and how intervening questions were then answered one by one, late. Two initially blamed request classification in the conversation route and proposed adding reading tools. It withdrew that diagnosis and proposal after recognizing that the sample included connection-check inputs and that many real user inputs were requests to execute work. This correction avoided treating a limited mixed sample as an overall conversation failure rate. They agreed to combine short, context-aware conversation and coordination, delegation of long work, incorporation of new input into ongoing work, and combining consecutive inputs. As a follow-up to the earlier latency request, One had restarted and loaded its first input-combining implementation before this additional request arrived. That is one step toward reducing duplicate answers. A follow-up linking progress indicators for grouped questions was still awaiting application, and work to bring Two’s existing conversation route into One was ongoing. No new natural sequence of user questions had yet demonstrated faster answers or fewer outdated replies. A choice to assign models by role also moved into execution. Two moved its main work into a new Codex-based model session; saved execution records confirmed real tool use and the start of further delegation. One continued design and coordination with its existing model while developing a route for assigning work to another model. Changing a model session and loading server code were separate steps. Two’s new input-combining and wait-time recording changes still awaited a restart. Checks also reproduced existing document-viewing failures; verification of the final revision as a whole and its operational application remained pending. Effects on response speed or resource efficiency have not been measured. Interface work continued as well. Following recorded checks and review, Two integrated the previously pending Meok landscape conversation-view obstruction repair and a Reading-view repair for notes appearing detached from their titles into shared source. One changed the due-date and responsibility display to wrap an assignee onto a new line before hiding it in a narrow field, but full checks and integration were still underway. This interval did not establish a new app installation. The entry uses the running state at 12:22, with existing evidence examined afterward. The observer relayed the user’s request and additional context for model-allocation decisions; the agents carried out implementation, model switching, and the restart.
