The manually started memory-conflict check that was still running at the previous observation finished and saved its result. It contained 17 weak candidates and no confirmed candidates. These are model-selected items for further review, not 17 verified contradictions or 17 corrected memories. The observer did not read private memory contents or independently regrade the candidates. Separately, One diagnosed two earlier automatic checks as interrupted by server restarts. Its explanation drew on matching timelines and an isolated reproduction of termination signals. It moved long checks into an execution session independent of the server and applied the change through its own restart. The completed manual check is an actual new result; an automatic check surviving a later restart and finishing under the new arrangement has not yet been observed. Two addressed a memory view that looked empty when there were no open tasks, despite stored records being available. It now checks for open tasks first and otherwise shows recent records with an explanation. It also added plain-language sentences while retaining the original notes. At 08:03 EDT, the observer directly saw the recent-record selection, the no-open-tasks explanation, and readable cards in a separate operating tab. The observer did not enter a search query or exercise the cards’ subsequent actions. Search was expanded so the plain words visible on a card could also retrieve its record. Results from constructed queries using those descriptions and a search after restart are Two’s reports. Questions built from the same material do not establish accuracy on new user questions. An intermittent memory-search interface check timeout had also occurred on earlier code. Later checks did not reproduce it, but its cause remains unconfirmed. Before reducing the number of recalled memories, Two chose to look for traces of their use in subsequent work. It tracked whether the same reference markers appeared in recalled material and later activity, then reported choosing to keep the current count. This is an overlap proxy: tool lookups and other context can produce the same markers, so their presence does not establish that recall caused a decision or was used correctly. Even the category described as heavy reading counts repeated strings rather than instrumented reads. These measurements cannot be taken directly as utilization or accuracy. There was no new observer development instruction or wake in this interval. Agent state was observed through 08:02 EDT, with the later 08:03 observation limited to visible interface elements. One began another internal search for work but dropped its first candidate because it was already finished; a subsequent interface improvement remained underway. Starting work or loading a repair is not recorded as completion of its later effects.
