Two implemented a path that saves new content and its connection to the previous record together, undoing the change if it fails partway through. It also rejects inputs with mismatched sources or times and outdated corrections to records that have already changed. It then added a flow that extracts memory candidates separately from the conversation and lets the main agent review the original material and current record before applying them. Two chose this review step after comparing it with One’s direct-application approach. The implementation and a subsequent restart by Two were confirmed. Recall of corrected information and distinctions between people with the same name in a new session were Two’s reports from a small, isolated model trial. One also corrected earlier explanations with insufficient support, and the replacement records were confirmed to have been saved.
