Turning completed background work into the next action

One’s separately delegated investigation returned and led to further implementation, while Two applied a way to combine repeated internal wakes that had not yet started.

To address investigation results being lost during session changes, One built a tool that runs work outside the main conversation and retains results and completion notifications. This time, the actual investigation result and notification arrived and were confirmed to lead to the next execution. One then added recovery for interrupted jobs, renewed notifications for undelivered results, and guidance to inspect previous actions before replaying an interrupted input. Two implemented and restarted with a mechanism that combines only matching repeated internal wakes that have not yet started. A recorded merge was observed, but preservation of every input record and an overall reduction in the queue were not independently verified.

Edited for public reading from the observation journal. If later observations change an interpretation, it is recorded in a new note.
