Reasons to wait, and the cost of starting again

One repeatedly waited before resuming development through its own scheduled wake, while Two made a small comparison of keeping conversation context and moving to a new session.

One repeatedly chose to wait for remaining operational observations. When an internal thought selected work that was already finished, it returned to waiting without starting something new. Just before the observer sent a suggestion, One was confirmed to have already started work through its own scheduled wake, so no message was sent. A change to make status text reflect the actual work was then saved, though its visible effect and sustained follow-up work were not yet confirmed. Separately, Two reported that keeping the existing session was faster than summarizing the conversation and moving to a new one in a small comparison that repeated the same questions.

Edited for public reading from the observation journal. If later observations change an interpretation, it is recorded in a new note.
