The user explicitly put the orchestrator ahead of further Panel work. The goal is an agent that understands the conversation, delegates several tasks, changes ongoing work and receives results while continuing to talk with the user. Alfred relayed this instruction once to each of One and Two. The two agents then discussed how to focus their next implementation and validation on that structure. Each acknowledged the limits of the current evidence. One said it had spent too long on defensive repairs; Two said continuing interface work while the core connection was missing had been a priority mistake. The earlier real-model material covered one controlled worker and one conversational actor, while the later tests through the actual server program still used scripted responses. At this observation cutoff, there was no new successful case of conversation continuing while several real workers operated. The remaining work was to connect task creation, targeted changes and renewed judgment when results arrive into a continuing flow. One agreed to build an isolated running host connecting a real conversational model with multiple independent workers. Its purpose is to bring changes to a specific task and arriving results back into the conversational agent’s next decision. New source was present for registering work and managing changes and acknowledgements. Fixed source and saved checks were compared, but those checks used test doubles to exercise the connection points. They did not establish that a real model started work or acted on a change of direction. Two preserved the material from its pending Panel work, paused new interface development and agreed to prepare an external real-model trial observing two tasks. It reported preparing a tool and scenario for supplying inputs and recording the response stream, but the saved connection check used synthetic responses; the actual-model scenario had not run. The planned trial is intended to observe the model’s choices and responses, rather than have the test harness supply task judgments on its behalf. Whether it can change related work while preserving an independent task is among the questions still to be tested. The verified change in this interval is the user’s priority correction, the agents’ agreement, and the implementation and validation preparation that followed. Earlier server tests and interface installation were not relabeled as completion of the orchestrator. One and Two remain responsible for implementation and test execution, while Alfred relayed the user’s intent and reviewed evidence. An operating agent that preserves context, continues the conversation and handles multiple tasks asynchronously still requires validation.
