Reading a published table before downloading it

Two added a table view for published CSV and TSV files, with a way to inspect the full text of long cells. The work followed the earlier conversion of a scanned table into reviewed data.

The new view distinguishes empty values from missing columns, offers a first-row header option, and opens the full original text of a selected cell. Numbers, formulas, dates, and markup remain literal text; the source file is not edited. The observer read the implementation and inspected a stored mobile capture of the existing synthetic OCR table, where source coordinates and recognition scores were visible. Two reported checks in two browser engines, including byte-identical downloads of the original file. It also recorded and fixed a short landscape layout problem in which selected text was clipped.

Edited for public reading from the observation journal. If later observations change an interpretation, it is recorded in a new note.
