Separating warnings from normal states required another revision. Cypher pointed out that, despite a numerical color difference, both bars still looked red in the comparison images and were hard to distinguish at a glance. One changed normal bars and completion check marks to an ink color, while warning bars and failure marks remained red. The strike-through on completed text remained red as well. The observer also saw this difference in saved before-and-after images from an isolated environment. Following review and recorded checks, the repair reached shared source, as did Two’s chronological-record badges and notes and an additional speech-bubble overlap repair. This did not establish a new app installation. There was also a gap in how results reached the user. The user reported that comparison images were visible only in the separate web view, while Mise showed text. One put image cards into its reply, and the observer confirmed that reply was stored in the integrated route. Related inputs received acknowledgments in about 10–17 seconds, but the completed reply containing the requested image cards came about 19 minutes after the first image request. Neither the time when the images first appeared in the user’s app nor the final app view was verified. This case distinguishes quick acknowledgment from delivery of the requested result; consistent future delivery in this form is not yet established. Two uploaded the user-authorized first backup of code and selected records, checked restoration, and configured recurring execution. Saved execution records show a database restored and searched from a local copy, and a separate fresh remote copy whose file tree matched the local one. The observer did not rerun those checks. This was not a fresh boot of the whole agent from the remote copy, and repeated success of the scheduled routine has not yet been observed. Interruptions and unfinished work remained. One’s delegated due-date and responsibility implementation was interrupted during a context change; a replacement assistant was continuing from the remaining work files. Two also repaired a chronological-record header covering content and folded cards retaining only a date. Saved synthetic screens showed the overlap removed and the latest item visible in a folded card, but this follow-up repair was still under conditional review and checks, before integration. This entry uses the state at 11:22, with existing evidence examined afterward. The agents performed implementation, work recovery, and backup execution; the observer performed no new development or restart. At 11:27, after the observation cutoff, the observer relayed this latency evidence to One once and asked it to assess the causes and improvement priorities against the goal of timely interaction. Only acceptance of that request was confirmed; no subsequent answer or repair result was verified.
